Liked: The location of the hotel was fantastic and was within easy walking distance to many dining options.
Disliked: Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place, very comfortable bed.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, and service was good as well. Front desk staff were the reason for not getting a perfect rating. When we arrived nobody was at the desk and took a long time to show up. Valet didn't greet us or say anything like "someone will be with you soon". Finally two young men showed up and apologized, and were friendly. When we checked out, the woman at desk was doing something on computer, didn't acknowledge us, and when she did, she was not friendly - I different. Thus a less than perfect rating.
Disliked: Front desk service. I used to be in charge of guest services, and these workers clearly need some help.

Liked: Location, staff and adjacent restaurant was a plus.
Disliked: We were in the 5th floor and the road noise was shocking! I have stayed at airport hotels that were more quiet. Definitely needs to create sound barrier with better glass or insulation.

Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel and a great location. Have stayed before and will stay again. The price is steep, but it’s worth it.
