Liked: It was all great.
Disliked: Charging for parking is a little over the top for salem oregon. Was not offered a choice nor was I informed that there was a charge.

It is convenient and quiet...
Liked: The location is excellent.
Disliked: The platform beds are plywood boxes painted black and do not have a setback at the floor. I stubbed my toe on a corner. It’s a significant detail, someone could suffer a broken toe. (Four days later my toe still feels abnormal.)

The stay was great and...
Liked: Proximity to the Ironman village and venue.
Disliked: There was no self parking and I believe the property didn’t have a pool.

Friendly, comfortable, in a good...
Liked: This hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly, and accommodating the room was cold and clean. The bathroom had a rain shower head and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. We had breakfast at the coffee shop in the lobby which was good. My coffee could have been stronger but the atmosphere and staff made up for that. Everyone here was very accommodating. Unfortunately, we were only in town for one night so we didn't get a chance to explore the neighborhood but the hotel was within walking distance to lots of things. We will be back.
Disliked: This place was perfect.

Superb
Liked: The hotel is in a good downtown location close to a number of restaurants and cafes. The hotel seems quite new and looked clean and contemporary. I found some great outdoor running options in the local country park a few minutes run from the hotel. The cafe in reception was good and a nice bar. The team were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There is some road noise due to the location of the hotel. This starts from around 5:00 AM. If you are a light sleeper you may want to ask for a quiet room.
