Really homely Holm House
Liked: We stayed in room 203 Holm House for 3 nights. It was perfect for us. The separate sleeping and living areas meant we had lots of space to relax. The balcony was great. Just big enough to sit out with a pre dinner drink and with a lovely view of the garden and the sea. The kitchenette was very well equipped and although we only used the kettle and coffee machine, the fridge was a real boon for keeping our bottles of water, fresh milk and ouzo :-) cold. The location was perfect for our short stay as we were able to walk down to the Esplanade for our breakfasts and evening meals (we chose Sids, Romeos and Chef G). Altogether we had a very relaxing, trouble free stay and would highly recommend 203 Holm House.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike or complain about for our stay.

Beautiful hotel, will be even...
Liked: Room size and comfortable. Loved having a washing machine and the little welcome bag with snacks and water. Bathroom was lovely a big, and the room wss very light. Location just a short walk to the beach and the town.
Disliked: When the restaurant was open, due to the location of our room (King suite) the extractor fan noise and smell from late afternoon till very late evening was too much so we checked out early. Did contact hosts to advise our decision but no acknowledgement. Could do with staff on site as there was a coffee cup on the table by the doors for days and the stairs needed a sweep.

Elegant apartment, luxurious for a...
Liked: The room looked great, as did the foyer. Location was very good for beach, and the view of the sea. The door code system and website worked very smoothly. We could usually park. There was an appreciated welcome pack of essentials, plenty of lovely towels, shower was great (loads of hot water too). The bed was comfortable and big. Our child slept in the sofa bed, which was also comfortable as were the pillows. The blinds were cool, and in good working order. Two TVs, both worked.
Disliked: When the restaurant is open the gates to the property are open, and it is full of the restaurant’s customers’ cars. On Fridays and Saturdays the noise from the local pub is loud and late. There is no air conditioning and so you need the windows open and the fans going. The fans are very loud. The bed was broken, the fridge was tiny and not cold, the bathroom stank of drains, really badly, so the door needed to be kept closed at all times. There was no obvious way of getting rid of our bins, which is necessary in an apartment. An apartment with no means to wash the glasses etc was a little silly. The sink was so tiny and couldn’t hold water, so we ended up having to wash mugs and fill the kettle in the bath tub. No servicing of appartement during the stay.
