Great experience.
Liked: Clean, spacious, quiet.
Disliked: Early checkout time but whatever.

Excellent stay.
Liked: Large room, firm but comfortable bed, a table and chairs, lot of space to sit and store the luggage, room cleanup was done even without a request and any charges.
Disliked: No view out of the windows. But I can live with that.

Liked: One of the worst hotel in my lifeThe location is good but we had a crazy girl who scream on the street for 3 hours, impossible to sleep, and it was every night during 4 days ! And to finish, we was room 204, we have seen a camera on us from the neighbors I pretty sur this cam capt us naked

Liked: Patrick at the front desk keep track of all the goings on. The first night I had a bad panic attack and I had to go to the front of the motel. Patrick helped me through it and then helped me to my room. This was going above and beyond anything you might expect. I wouldn't have gotten through it without him
Disliked: Long black hair in the tub. I have silver and brown and short hair. Even if it was from cleaning it was very noticeable.

Disliked: I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel due to poor management, lack of communication, and zero accountability—and it didn’t just ruin my stay but also affected the rest of my trip.I booked a three-night stay, signing an agreement at check-in. However, on the third afternoon, the hotel removed all my belongings without notice due to a system error showing my check-out date as a day earlier. They never apologized.What frustrated me most was how they handled it. No staff informed me I had to check out, and that morning, they even provided toiletries upon requests. That evening—via a Booking.com chat—they told me my things had already been removed. Only after I insisted did they finally check my reservation, but by then, it was too late.Although they put my belongings back, some items were missing. A staff member claimed they "looked like trash"—yet they had packed used tissues and wet wipes. Among the lost items were my reusable toothbrush cup and two small travel bottles, which were brand new and useful. After I reported this, the hotel offered body wash, shampoo, and a plastic cup as compensation. While I appreciated the gesture, it didn’t fully replace what was lost or address their carelessness.At check-out on the forth day, they initially promised a refund but later claimed it was a mistake and refused. Only after I wrote a long complaint did they agree—but instead of 30% off my total stay, they refunded just 30% of the last night, which is absurd.This stressful experience didn’t just ruin my stay—it disrupted my entire trip, forcing me to deal with missing belongings and waste of time texting with the hotel. Their lack of responsibility made everything worse.If you want a stress-free, professionally managed hotel, look elsewhere.

good value for money and...
Liked: Location was excellent. Bus stop and underground train is just a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and the security guy from Georgia deserves a shout out for helping us with our cases. Check in was easy, as was checking out. Room was very big,clean and the aircon superb.
Disliked: A mirror in the room would have been good and also a safe would have helped.

Overall a good stay, kind...
Liked: Friendly staff, room was spacious. Ac worked good. Close to attractions.
Disliked: No elevator. Parking limited in back of property.

There is no hotel there....
Liked: there is no hotel there. You guys stole my money can you please give it back?
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I paid $250 for a hotel that doesn’t is not even there. You shouldn’t list hotels that aren’t in business anymore. That’s extremely inconvenient and I pay $250 and I was literally walking around Hollywood trying to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Please refund my money immediately.
