Liked: Staff in casino and front desk very nice.
Disliked: There was mold behind nozzles of free soft drinks in casino. Smoking throughout casino. Tub in room drained slowly. Housekeeping did not come daily even though there was nothing stated they wouldn’t. Great movie pieces to look at, but not taken care of.

Very unwelcoming.

Liked: The staff at the casino were very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The hotel staff were rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. A simple request for towels was met with a response that housekeeping had not arrived yet. Several problems arose during our two night stay that was not properly addressed. Even on the day of check out, despite having a late checkout, a staffer arrived and said we needed to get out. When I asked if he could return at our checkout time because we asked for a late check out, he said no one told him so no. He made for a very uncomfortable situation.

It Would have been nice...

Liked: There was no breakfast. We had to purchase items for our room for breakfast. This was on Sun thru Wed and you have to go away from the property to get breakfast. All the restaurants except one and a coffee shop that sold pastries was all that was open.
Disliked: Our floor in our room was nasty! We had to ask for towels, coffee etc everyday. They never once came into our room and cleaned it or emptied out trash. The sink in the bathroom had a leak around the fascet.

Liked: The old movie theme
Disliked: The staff were not friendly upon arrival, the pool area was not clean and jacuzzi was not working are room was not cleaned, we had to ask a random staff member to bring us towels. the staff on the Casio floor was very rude and messy talk about each other and all the drama going on at the hotel, who sleeping with who, this was not the time for me to hear all the staff busy.
