Great place to stay when...

Liked: Great location for going to a concert at Maine Savings waterfront venue. Spacious room, quiet & comfortable. Staff were great! Lots of parking

Exceptional

Liked: Comfiest hotel bed i ever slept in. The room was clean, great location, and beyond friendly staff

Bad

Disliked: My friend slept walked. They left her in hallway crying in underwear. Once they called me I told them to let her in room. I was 10 minutes away. They left her in hallway barely naked until I arrived

Passable

Disliked: The only issue we had was that the room was very stuffy and the AC unit was not working.we called and were told to shut it off for a time and turn it back on. This did not work. We did this numerous times. I did call for a fan and was brought in be. I called once more for a fan an never did receive one. I enjoyed the facility but the Ac not working did make the stay more uncomfortable.

Stinky room killed the mood

Disliked: Couldn't control ac in the room. Bathroom fan only worked for 30 seconds after flushing toilet mattress was so firm we woke up with arms tingling.
