Liked: Room 1704.Bed sheets clean, 1/2 block to beach. Partial view of ocean from front terrace and back balcony. Fridge clean. Both ceiling fans worked well - quiet. Couch in living area clean. Floor clean (linoleum). Box of kitchen stuff good - didnt use anything.
Disliked: Booking.com advertises this property with free FLL shuttle - NO shuttle. Then, you must drag your luggage 3 blocks to office for check-in/out (thank god another guest told me this as I stood, bewidered by lack of office at hotel address). "Breakast" was only continental and very poor - 2 blocks away. No pool - given a map of 4 pools to use - closest is 2 blocks away.Shower trickles. Trickles! Unacceptable. No stopper in bathroom sink. Barely any water pressure in kitchen sink. AC vents and fuse panel coated with disgusting black dust(?) - unacceptable - cant be healthy air! Every fixture falling apart - light fixtures, towel racks, stovetop. Coffee maker was a wrestling match to turn on. No bulb in bedside lamp. Broken leg on 1 of 4 wooden chairs at dining table. Both chairs on back "balcony" broken - unusable. Room was a dump - photos dont show it's poor quality. I booked a different hotel for final 2 of my 5 nights - yuck! And, no refunds!! Will request refund from Bookings - total fraud on website description! Will never book with Hollywood Beach Hotel group - they lost my trust.
