Nice spot in great location

Liked: The location was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable as well.
Disliked: The water pressure in the room was weak.

Liked: Check in staff were lovely and grounds staff very friendly
Disliked: The entire property is VERY tired. Landscape and outdoor furniture is nil. The room color scheme and cold blue lighting in the room was dismal, furniture was bare minimum as possible. There was a very pungent sweet air freshener used that annoyed my eyes and nose. While the overall property extends close to the beach, most of the property is 2 blocks from the beach. I could have been staying at any back of town motel with loud cars rushing by. I actually checked out after 1 night and found another hotel at the same price that was 10x better ambiance.

Liked: Location is right off the beach, had a kitchenette, beach chairs and towels avatar office
Disliked: Older property, breaker would go when I plugged 2 items into the room, cheap shampoo and soap, need to bring your own.

Liked: Great location, two minute walk to beach. Also only few minutes from the bay. Surrounded by great restaurants. Clean, smells nice, comfortable beds. In a quiet area. Clean pool. Allowed us to check out later

Excellent location, but a few...

Liked: The location is excellent. Less than a minute to the gorgeous beach, with a lot of bars and restaurants. Staff were really lovely and the parking was easy. The room was big and had a good kitchenette. There were beach chairs you could take when needed, which was great.
Disliked: There was a bright light outside the front door and window that we couldn't turn off and there were just blinds and no curtains. It was so bright all night, and I struggled to sleep, so take a sleep mask if you stay here. The fridge in the room was really loud and the TV didn't work.The only other issue was the neighbours were sitting outside till late and they were really loud. Because it's a shared courtyard, they're right by the front door. It's not really the hotel's fault, but I would also take ear plugs. Thankfully, I already had them, or the sleep would have been much worse. The rooms were nice but nothing like the pictures.
