Don't go unless you don't...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and assisted us with the problems we had immediately, including coming to our room to help.
Disliked: We choose this hotel thinking it was a better value than more expensive ones nearby. Then we realized that parking was not guaranteed, and was non-existent. We had to drive around a very crowded area forever and pay $100 to park overnight on the street two blocks away. We should have just gotten the more expensive hotel with more amenities included and PARKING. In addition when we wanted to go to sleep after thoroughly searching the room several times we could not figure out how to turn off the lights! My husband finally had to go down to the lobby in his pjs. The manager came right up, and had to PULL A BED AWAY FROM THE WALL BECAUSE THE SWITCH WAS HIDDEN BEHIND THE HEADBOARD. Not a little hidden. Like way down in the middle of the wall hidden! He said this has happened other times! So bizarre!
