Hollywood Beach Seaside

Great location. Adequate accommodations.

Liked: Room was adequate. I just wanted to be close to the beach. Continental breakfast was good. Kitchenette was completely empty but I was provided with an adequate kitchen kit once I requested it.

Liked: I'd like the location. The heated pool and the tiki huts
Disliked: I didn't like that the office was off site. I didn't like that the bathroom window was not able to be locked. I did not like The front door didn't close completely letting out all the air conditioning. I didn't like the fact when I laid on the bed the bed was broken and had missing legs. I didn't like that the barbecue grills were not clean. and the rooms needed a little more updating ( kitchen cabinets, furniture etc )

Liked: Large room. Lots of channels on TV.
Disliked: Suspicious looking people walking around the area. Street noises. Air conditioner very noisy. No utensils in the kitchen and not delivered although promised. Run down room and area outside.

Poor

Liked: We had a chance to cook inside the room, there was also an area to grill.
Disliked: Front desk staff are not accomodating that time.

Pleasant

Liked: That it's close and I enjoy the staff
Disliked: That my room that I rented was not what I ordered. I got moved to another hotel location which is fine but it was in an alley and mediocre compared to what was expected. No place to put travel bag either.

I wont stay there again.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: The breakfast was on the next block/street. We did not go in search of it. The beds were awful. Noone slept because the beds were broken down and made it impossible to sleep. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee.

Clean is the best I...

Liked: The best I can say is it was clean. Although I found a crochet hook under the sheets. And the room was fairly large.
Disliked: The place was redone with very shotty workmanship. Paint is peeling, tub didn't drain, blinds were broken. The refrigerator was clean inside, but outside, it looked like it was picked up at a junkyard. The bed was older and very uncomfortable, and the pillows were awful. There was a full kitchen, but you had to ask for supplies, which were brought in a box. No packets of coffee or a napkin. It wasn't worth saving a couple hundred dollars to stay at Seaside.
