Liked: It was beautiful. The room was beautiful, it had everything we could need and little extras, the outside was also beautiful. Breakfast tasted amazing and was freshly cooked to order, and again with lots of extras and continental additions. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, we will absolutely stay again

Absolutely brilliant place to stay....

Liked: Setting is beautiful. The building itself is so well maintained with no expense spared. Breakfast, lounge and conservatory areas are beautiful. The lounge area has an honesty bar and an ice maker. Lots of glasses and ice buckets too if you want to take some bubbles! The rooms are superb. As for the staff they are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast are lovely. Lots of fruit and yogurt, cereals, fresh orange, pineapple, cranberry etc. There is also a lovely garden area if the sun is out to sit in. Plenty of parking. Overall it was fantastic.

Liked: Beautiful decor - reminded me of a French country house. Everything was well looked after and in wonderful condition. Thank you our beautiful stay. We will be back.

A Hidden Gem for most...

Liked: Exceptional Property. Have stayed here several times previously. Delicious Breakfast made from Local Produce. Only accommodation that have Air-conditioning in some of the rooms.
Disliked: I feel Cheated!!From the photos on Booking.com I thought that I had booked the room “Holly” (room name NOT Mentioned)DECEIVED on Booking.com with an Inflated Price of £200 and an Early Bird Discount from that.Initially I tried to Extend my stay by 1 night (starting 1 day before originally booked). It Wasn’t possible!We were so tired after arriving here after driving for 6 hours from London in Horrendously Heavy Traffic; I tried to Extend my stay by 1 night (1 day after originally booked). It Wasn’t possible on Booking.com; but I managed to do it on Holly Lodge website!We sleep on an Ultra Comfortable Memory Foam mattress at home. This matress was Comparatively Very Hard!! I hardly got any sleep! I Couldn’t cancel extra night either!
