Disliked: Poor in room privacy, poor air conditioning, poor in room furniture safety, poor English tv channels, cramped room for our room type

Beautiful hotel in an excellent...

Liked: The location was excellent. Breakfast and the free lunch/snack provided were delicious. Room was spacious, clean and hotel staff was very responsive. Loved the toiletries provided.
Disliked: Air conditioner didn’t work well in our room. Unfortunately there was not enough time to fix it as we were only there 3 nights.

Liked: Location was perfect. Hotel clean and trendy. Cakes at breakfast were gorgeous. Staff were really friendly and a special shout out to Marcus who went out of his way to help up and it was a pleasure chatting with him. (Marcus thank you for the Schnitzel recommendation … definitely the best we’ve ever had).
Disliked: nothing. we loved it and would stay there again.
