Clean hotel, excellent location and...

Liked: The location is excellent, in city center and close to many restaurant, cafes and shopping. My room was big and quiet. It included private shower and toilet and a wash basin directly in the room, all very clean. Bed was comfy and wifi was very good. AC worked perfectly. Mini bar was also available. Breakfast has a menu prepared for each guest. It was not very convenient for me. Buffet breakfast looks more comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful and always available. I had a comfortable stay and recommend the hotel most for solo travelers or short stay.
Disliked: buffet breakfast would be more convenient

5 stars could not fault...

Liked: close to every thing subway shops transport

A nice hotel but not...

Liked: Good location and friendly staff. There are nice touches like the free beer and snacks in the afternoon. Staff really try to make a difference and they were fantastic.
Disliked: Was a bit surprised by the makeshift entrance and the hoardings on the ground floor, it didn’t feel special. Bedroom was ok but with very little natural light. It felt quite miserable as a result and made the room seem tired and basic. Breakfast was also ok, but we didn’t think it deserves the rave reviews provided by other reviewers. It was no better or worse than you’d find in other hotels in the same price point.

Good location

Liked: The location was excellent and easy access to the metros and trams, plenty of stores and restaurant. Reception clerks are so friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and also the bed.
Disliked: The hotel entrance is difficult to find. The inside of the hotel is a kind of a labyrinth. Breakfast restaurant has not too many choices and table is way too small for two. Hot water is not always available for shower. Room cleaning service was terrible ( forget to change towels, not clean garbage, bed making is not nicely done, room is not cleaned thoroughly). I reserved a taxi through the hotel reception. They told us that the taxi to the airport is a fixed rate of 60 euros but it was 75 euros ( this may not be a hotel’s fault but at least they did not have good information).

Liked: The Hotel was very personalized and close to attractions in the city center.
Disliked: Or only concern was that the floors creaked, which made everyone wake up wake up one used the restroom

Superb

Amazing- love, love love!

Liked: This was the best accomodation we had in our time in Europe. Staff were exceptional, the breakfast was amazing. Rooms was large, bathroom had a bath, there was a private cinema that we booked more than once. It had a very personal, luxe feel but without any pretentiousness and without a hefty price tag. We will definitely be recommending to all.
Disliked: This property was outstanding. No negative comments.

great stay when you are...

Liked: Location is excellent, in the center of Vienna's old town. The staff is super friendly and helpful.The room is not big but great for a family of four, and there is air conditioning, which is a must during summer.
Disliked: The reception is on the 2nd floor, and there is no place for hotel parking or stopping. We came with a lot of luggage, so our arrival was a bit clunky, but the staff helped us with it.
