A wonderful stay in Vienna

Liked: This hotel is beautiful, clean and is in a very convenient location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, always fresh and organically made. We especially love the historical neighborhood of this hotel. We had a beautiful and memorable stay overall for our first time visiting Vienna.
Disliked: None

Very good

Liked: It was near many touristic places. The breakfast was really delicious. The staff was helpful .
Disliked: The bed was not comfy and the 3rd bed for kid ( sofa bed ) was worse. The room temerature was chilly even there was an air conditioner but this might be due to our habit.

Liked: We had the most wonderful stay at Hollmann Beletage with my mom and sister! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed – the staff was absolutely fantastic, warm, and attentive in a way that you rarely experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and intimate, yet it’s right in the heart of Vienna – the perfect combination of central location and peaceful charm.And the breakfast… phenomenal! Every detail was thought through, and we enjoyed every bite. It’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such kind and genuinely lovely people.When we return to Vienna, there’s no doubt – we’ll be staying here again. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Liked: Nice breakfast, made to order for hot dishes with buffet of cold items.Great staff, very helpful, good English.Fantastic location, just minutes walk to St Stephens.Comfortable rooms, mine was a studio design. The shower was like a deluge, very good!Bed was fine, a little thin in the mattress.
Disliked: The location is quite hard to find, especially on first visit. This is partly a me problem, but it's a little confusing how to get there.

Liked: Modern, clean, in the middle of everything, nicely decorated, delicious breakfast, friendly staff.
Disliked: We were worried about having our room across from a restaurant and the noise level but it was NOT noisy at all.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, besides a reduced buffet, you can order almost everything you can think of from the serversThe room was large, the location is perfect, in the center of Vienna
Disliked: The only thing I would add is a coffee machine in the room. There is a coffee machine and water boiler for general use at the first floor, but it would be nice to have those in the room
