Really nice stay!

Liked: We liked how friendly the staff were even with my 12 week old puppy. The room was very clean and staff were friendly when my partner slipped in the pool area.

Liked: Pleasant check in.
Disliked: Bathroom mirror too high-, I couldn't see in it. The wash basin was too small to fill the kettle, so I could only fill a 1/4 full. No room service. Menu very heavy & veers towards male golfers. There is no sparkling water at reception. Very tired looking hotel. Pillows very firm . Heating on in room & bathroom in 28 degrees Heat was bonkers. I wasn't asked if I'd enjoyed my dtsy on check out. No decaf tea in the room
