Liked: Staff were good and food was good.
Disliked: Outdated. Whole place needs a refurbishment. For someone staying on business there wasn't enough sockets in the room. The room was very basic and bed was uncomfortable

Disliked: Room dusty and not properly cleaned (dust on light fittings, bathroom needed a better clean). Didn't bother us so much, but others might be bothered.

A mixed bag. Some parts...

Liked: The room was comfortable, we had 2 double beds. There were all the usual things, tea, coffee, toiletries. But nothing more than the basics. No green or herb tea, no hot chocolate. No bathrobes. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym facilities
Disliked: I was stunned by the rudness of one staff member and that tainted our stay. On our final night the room next to us had noisy people. They were hanging out of the window smoking and at 3.30 am had a row and started banging doors.
