Very very nice place, but...

Liked: The room was clean, smelled good, spacious. Breakfast was very nice. Common areas very nicely decorated
Disliked: The shower/bathtub is too old, need to be replaced. The smell in the coming areas of the house wasn’t great.

Disliked: No elevator. A little far from the center city. Not used to small bed which was last available when I booked it. Oh not enough lights in the bathroom.

Restful Retreat

Liked: We stayed at the Hollinger House for a wedding. It is a quaint bed and breakfast close to downtown Lancaster, PA. The B&B had an excellent host who greeted us upon arrival. The beds were super comfy, as was the room, and breakfast - delicious. The shower was plenty big with great water pressure. The B&B had a wonderful reading library, sitting areas, a piano for playing, coffee and tea at any time of the day, a most importantly, a fresh breakfast. Kenneth made tasty scrambled eggs. He offered croissants, English muffins, and other treats were out. Outside the property, we were greeted by several deer, many chirping birds, and a cute gopher who dined in the garden each day. I highly recommend this cozy retreat for your visit to Lancaster.
