Liked: A very cheap price for central London and a perfect location for our visit. Staff were informative and helpful. Room had aircon a fridge and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Would have liked more pillows or a plumper pillow. Bathroom smelt of sewage, someone came to look at the drainage whilst we were in the room. Made some loud noises but problem was not resolved

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday, towels were fresh.It wasn't spacious, but it's ok if it's just for sleeping. Good location, convenience store nearby and some good pubs.
Disliked: It wasn't as nice as in the pictures.

Maintenance issues that need attending,...

Liked: It was clean with a new bathroom.
Disliked: Extra small room, it was warm to hot, there was a wall fan. We couldn’t turn the wall lights off, it was evening so no maintenance available so we had to loosen the light bulbs to turn them off. The door lock fell off the bathroom door. The shower water stopped of its own accord, lucky I had just finished. My husband had to wait and have an extra short shower. My husband had to carry our suitcases up 2 floors of stairs. There was spots of mould starting above the shower. My husband could smell a dampness in the bathroom.

OK for short stays

Liked: Good decent option for a short stay in central London considering the highly expensive prices of the capital city. Good adequate place if you wish to have a very busy schedule visiting London and only use the bed and the shower. Tea/coffee/kettle provided in the room but no breakfast.
Disliked: It could have been bigger for more comfort. Room temperature was too hot and felt uncomfortable.
