Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: No hot water first 5 days, hotel in need of repairs, kids in pool area did not have adult supervision

Never again.
Liked: LocationLisa, an employee, was the only most pleasant worker to help us as much as she could.
Disliked: Requested for room service each day we were there and a trash can! Finally got one on Friday. Sunday - Sunday No hot water Thursday-Sunday no water on Thursday Couldn’t wash clothes bc both dryers were broke since prior to our arrival with no motion to fix it. Roaches in the room. When asked to speak with the manager about things, one of the employees said she ran out the door as soon as she heard me to try again later.

A complete remodel would help...
Liked: It was right on the beach.
Disliked: The property definitely needs updates. Linens were stained. Patio door wouldn’t latch and also sticks. Front door had large gap on the bottom of door which could be fixed with a door sweep. I could see they are trying do some updates. Handrails in stairwells were recently painted but walls and floors need a good cleaning as well. One of the elevators was making some odd noises as well.

Liked: It was on the beach
Disliked: Elevators were SLOW. Our oven did not work. The microwave barely worked. The refrigerator barely kept our food cold. The one day we let housekeeping go, they didn’t clean anything but the trash cans. We had to go ask for more towels.

Good place for the price...
Liked: The location is great as you never had to fight for a good spot on the beach. Easy and plenty of parking. The pool area was nice and very family friendly. Felt very safe in the area and it was close to every in town but not in the supper busy stretch and so getting in and out was super easy.
Disliked: The floors were not cleaned before us and we got our own broom to sweep and keep sand out. The elevators were a little sketchy but worked the entire time and had no issues. Little things here and there but it's obviously not a luxury hotel and did the job just as good for a quick vacation.
