Good

Liked: I enjoyed it because it is on the beach. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. Amd over all the place was clean.
Disliked: I did not like the sofa in our room the sofa was disgusting. It definitely needs to be replaced. It was so stained and nasty how could anyone sit on it. You had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed. It wouldn't be much to replace a few items in their rooms because it's a really nice and friendly place doing a little upgrades would be beneficial.

Definitely not worth the money...

Liked: the balcony was pretty much the saving grace of our entire room.
Disliked: The bathroom floor wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived, plus the fact we we’re only given 3 towels for two people over a 4 day period. Neither elevators were working half the time making it very annoying for getting around the resort. then to sum it up we found multiple bugs still alive in our “KING” room that costed over 200$ a night.

Disliked: My stay was horrible, from the time I checked in til the time I checked out. My first room was extremely nasty and smelly. The sofa bed was OMG so nasty n dirty. I tried to deal with it, then there was a roach in the bathroom. So I complained and was moved to another room. This room wasn't any better. The doors are filthy the room isn't fresh. I asked housekeeping for clean towels, she told me that's not her job. I need to go to the front desk. I had to ask for toilet paper. This hotel needs to be shut down and rebuild all over. This is the absolute worse hotel I've ever ever stayed in HORRIBLE!!!! The elevator moves slow, the hallway smells like urine, it's just sad. And they know of these conditions, but seems not to care. The pictures don't match up the actual hotel. I wish I could've gotten a refund n went somewhere else. That's just how bad my stay was. I was very very disappointed. My stay was horrible, especially having seen roaches. There should never b roaches in a hotel. This hotel is robbing people of there money. False advertisement!!!! Not a good place to stay at all under no circumstances. I'm most definitely going to call and hv this hotel to be inspected. Sorry about the bad review but it had to be said.

Liked: Great for the price! It's really roomy, and the view is priceless! Conveniently located, too.
Disliked: Couches need to be replaced, and they could also be cleaned better. But for the view price and location, you can't beat it. We brought our own cleaning supplies, blankets, and pillows. It is a very highly toured destination, so we came prepared.

Liked: The location good. Wasn't told there was breakfast so don't know. I'm upset if there was breakfast since not told. The staff was great. When I went to get soap, body wash and towels I got and a pillow cause we were shorted one. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Well the first room we loved but the TV didn't work and they couldn't fix it cause of a box they knew nothing about. So we got moved to another room. One tv worked. The other didn't cause the plugs didn't work plus other plugs we found out didn't work. When we got in new room and took our shoes off walked across the room our feet were black which is nasty. Need better cleaning on rooms.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Couch was ripped torn and dirty could not sit on it. Had a kitchen with no silverware no pots or pans no dishes of any kind. Bathroom sink was in the hallway so no privacy. Not enough towels. Only had one hand towel. No trashcan in kitchen. Elevators very slow. Long wait times. Highway noise very loud. Noise from room above very loud. Sound like they were moving furniture all night.
