Disliked: The room was dirty and way out of date.way over priced for what they looked like bedding had no real blanket. The place was in bad shape and dirty lamps were broken and had dead bugs in bed

Liked: It was the most affordable option staying ON the beach for my family of 6. No real living space in the two bedroom- the two rooms are separated by the kitchen and bathroom. We stayed 5 nights which was too long, we would have been more comfortable with 3 nights. Having no living space makes for little space for non-beach-activities. Luckily our weather was perfect and the ocean was warm. One night the basement flooded and shut down our elevator. From then on the carpeted hallway stunk of mold. We didn’t dare go in the pool/lazy river. It looked pretty unappealing (even to my kids). Our bathroom door got jammed every single time the door closed. Many times it was a group effort to get the door open. Kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, oven and stovetop was GREAT! There are pots and pans, limited plates, cups, etc. We bought salt and pepper and coffee filters and left the remaining. Walmart is 10 minute drive way. 15 minute walk to the exciting parts of the boardwalk. Beach close and clean. Good for young families but bring damp-rid bags. It makes a big difference in the humidity of the room.
Disliked: Stinky, mildew smell. Damp and gross feeling room. (Damp rid bags helped a lot!). Pool was disappointing, even my kids said it looked too gross to swim in (might be the sand-colored pool liner, honestly).

Liked: No breakfast offered. Good a/c and hot water. Friendly accommodating staff.
Disliked: No space to eat in the room. Balcony light stayed on. Blinds didn't completely block night lights. Loud bass music (?) in adjoining room on last night.
