Very good, my kids loved...

Liked: Right on the boardwalk and easy access to the beach. My kids loved the pool area
Disliked: Idk if it was the whole property but once it got dark out on the 1st floor which is where the pool is, you would see cockroaches. I throughly checked my room and never seen any. The 2nd bedroom had no air conditioning so got extremely warm compared to the rest of the suit.

Disliked: Filthy. This place was dirtyyou could smell weed which I think it was the employees there was mold in our room Staff dressed in wholy dirty clothesOur ocean view we paid for was blocked by trees

Standard every day, beachfront hotel...

Liked: Stayed there to go to CCMF, good location, right on the boardwalk easy beach access
Disliked: All the mattresses on the bed and the pullout needed to be replaced 50 years ago, very uncomfortable

Very clean rooms, great location,...

Liked: The room was exceptionally clean. Building needs updating but didn’t affect stay. 1 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to Pier 14 was cool there. Went to a restaurant/bar that had really good food, Original Shuckers Raw Bar. Had everything that was needed.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Nices people and the pools
Disliked: The over power in floor cleaner gave me a headache my first night stay it was a waste of money the first night it had me so sick

Although the view was amazing...

Liked: The oceanfront view was amazing and the setup of how the suite was structured, it was like two rooms in one, was the only reason why I gave it 2 stars.
Disliked: The hotel is very dirty and outdated. The pool looked disgusting and there were huge cockroaches dead and alive all over the property.
