Liked: Facility little old look from inside but great customer service. Great location.water flow/ water temp was great. Perfect room size.

Disliked: Outdated, plain, no towels delivered until day of check out, one ice machine for entire building, bad smell in hallways, bed uncomfortable and small for a queen was more like a double or full, no Do not disturb signs, tub dirty on arrival, small tvs

Liked: Very clean. Staff were all super nice. All the pools were nice. Room was clean and smelled great.
Disliked: Mattress wasn’t comfortable for us. But that’s the only thing we didn’t enjoy with our stay.

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Room was newly renovated and very clean Themanage was excellent and upgraded our room since the original room had not been properly cleaned at no.extta charge toe.
Disliked: Had to change rooms when first arrived due to a water issue and housekeeping not cleaning the room properly.
