Exceptional

Liked: We've stayed here twice. We love the ease of check-in, the pool options, the hot tub is actually hot which is great, the bar by the pool has great drinks and its a super short walk to the beach. Its perfect for a simple beach stay, you can park and never need to drive anywhere until you leave. Everything you need to eat is a walk away.
Disliked: The parking is less than thrilling.

Holiday Pavillion extremely unclean facility

Liked: It was nice to be on the boardwalk near the strip
Disliked: Hotel was very unclean. Lobby and 2nd floor smelled like a sewage leak/plumbing issue. Our room was supposed to be upper level but we ended up being put on 2nd floor. We were told we would have to wait a few more hours for a upper level room. Hotel room had mold/mildew on the curtains. The carpet was old, dirty looking, and still wet when we came to the room. Our balcony door lock was broken and our room was lower level. We saw a roach in the room and a roach in the hotel hallway. Staff seemed rude. Took many calls to have sand cleaned up. Our rooms main door wasn't locking unless we slammed the door. We didn't know this until our 2nd day so our room door wasn't always locking when we left. Our room was supposed to be 2 queen beds but they seemed smaller. We also had a pull down bed that was dirty when we pulled it down. The whole room just felt dirty and outdated.
