It was alright.

Liked: The side view of the room stated a partial ocean view. I couldn't see anything. It was horrible. I literally come for the water. It's peaceful and that one little inconvenience made it not worth the drive.
Disliked: The fact that I paid for a partial view and couldn't see anything.

Great staff, great bar, great...

Liked: The location, staff and pool were amazing
Disliked: We came in during floor cleaning so our floor was wet by the door for most of our stay

Disliked: Linen service was supposed to happen during 4th day. It didn't happen, we had to complain about it. Staff was okay, "business friendly" not really catering to families. We asked if we could keep our vehicle in their overflow lot for a few hours after our stay. We were told we could have enough time to pack and leave and we would be fined if we stayed longer. We had rented 2 rooms and spent thousands of dollars to stay there. Some customer service!

I would consider back as...

Liked: Location and outdoor amenities- the pools , jacuzzi and oceanfront
Disliked: Very dated! Bathrooms- toilet was too shall, shower head too low, non working fan. Bedroom mattress too soft, no central AC. Cold on one side not on the other. Onky access to fresh drinkable water was a vending machine with no water purchasable at front desk.
