Liked: The hotel was in a good location. The room was very basic. The bed was situated on a metal bed frame that made a lot of noise when getting in or out of bed. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and water temperature was lukewarm at best. The heating and a/c unit was a little loud but not unbearable. The mini fridge had a freezer that needed to be cleaned. The noise from the neighboring rooms was typical of a lower end hotel. I could hear the television and guest voices throughout the night, but it wasn't loud enough to complain about. The cost to stay was very inexpensive, so it was still reasonable.

The three star rating was...

Liked: Staff was friendly. Location very good. I requested a room away from street noise and they obliged. Showerhead was nice.
Disliked: Your website said it was three stars and it is NOT. There was no coffee, not even in the tiny front lobby and no ice machine. Bathtub was marred with stains and chips. No tissues and toilet paper was the thinnest possible.

Liked: nothing.
Disliked: everything. the sheets, pillows, and towels were covered with stains. there was mold inside the toilet. somebody's hair was still in shower, and there was a bunch of dead pincher bugs all over the place. and also I'm pretty sure one of the pillows had a dried up booger on it. also for some reason, one of the lights started flickering in the room, ended up just turning the light off. it was so bad that i checked out early. I will never be staying there again.
