Liked: Staff nice, amenities nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable overall. Perfect location for what I needed to do in town- and since it was right downtown, really appreciated the privacy setup with greenery on the patio, the secured parking option, etc. Felt pretty quiet, private, and secure.
Disliked: Comfy bed, but all pillows are the feather kind that squish *completely flat so that it's really like you have no pillow at all. Other options would be nice.Only issues in room were small- the forget-to-clean areas like the window frame where you put your hand to open it...dingy and sticky...and the locking mechanism actually fell off completely.Last, the jets on the hottub in the pool area was completely nonfunctional. Ok if it's getting maintenance, but would have been nice to have a sign or have staff say that was the case at check-in.

Liked: Staff was able to check us in early we had been traveling from North of the mountains after a 3 1/2 hour drive
Disliked: Upstairs neighbors bed squeaked loud and people talking very loud in the hall way at 1-2:00 AM in the morning the 2 days my husband and were there. I had to call Front Desk to assist

Rooms were great, communication was...

Liked: The rooms were clean and large. Gated parking lot.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off around 10 pm, and there was very little communication about what happened or if we could return to our rooms. The fire and emergency services never came, so we assumed it was a false alarm. We were waiting outside in the cold in pajamas.

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: Breakfast was provided at the conference, so I didn't eat at the hotel. I was appreciative of the gated parking lot.
Disliked: the towel hanger on the door in the bathroom was not secure.

Liked: I literally booked this because it said there was breakfast. When we went to get it they said our room didn’t get it
Disliked: It’s in a bad part of town and they are expensive

Clean, comfortable, good location.

Liked: Stayed for the 4A WIAA dance competition. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. Only downside was the dancers doing stuff in the halls until almost 1 AM it was a little loud but got some sleep after.
