Very good

Liked: Location is very close to downtown, gated property, staff is very helpful. We were at the end of the hallway and it was very quiet in the hotel. There is a restaurant and bar that's very convenient if you don't want to drive everywhere, and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The neighborhood surrounding is awful, drug deals and gang activity right outside the fence line, sirens all night. And the gate keycard to park your car is so fickle to use, sometimes taking 10-15 swipes to get in..

Liked: The option to park in the gated area of the hotel was nice. We were in town for a hockey tournament so it made us feel better about anything that may have been left in the car overnight to air out.

An above average Holiday Inn....the...

Liked: Even though it was not included, at least it was made fresh.........the typical IHG breakfasts are average.....I like ordering and having someone take my order

Good but nothing special

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The secured parking was a plus.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet is no different than any other hotel chain and not worth the $14.99 per adult. The front desk allows minors to charge items to the room without adult permission as long as they “provide a room number.”
