Bad crockroaches ik the room

Disliked: We found cockroaches in the room, we complained and the manager was not in the hotel, she was remotely. I request to talk to her. They pretended to talk to her and they give me couple of excuses that she was in a doctor appointment when she should be working from home? … very disappointed. Also, we catch it brought it to front desk, and they did not do anything about it. So mad about it.

Liked: Location is very close to downtown, gated property, staff is very helpful. We were at the end of the hallway and it was very quiet in the hotel. There is a restaurant and bar that's very convenient if you don't want to drive everywhere, and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The neighborhood surrounding is awful, drug deals and gang activity right outside the fence line, sirens all night. And the gate keycard to park your car is so fickle to use, sometimes taking 10-15 swipes to get in..
