Disliked: Carpets stainedThere was also no hot waterThey are renting this apartment out illegally, we were questioned several times at the reception. You will be unable to access the property until you ring down the contact numbers for the correct code. You will have to pay a double deposit to get into this property we paid £200 location and check in instructions only received one hour before we were planning to check in. There wasn’t clear instruction of how to get in with the electronic lock. It took about an hour to locate the where to pick up keys, back and forth calls to clarify how to use the electronic for lock to the apartment. late notice that we needed to pay a £200 deposit; this had not been communicated to us previously.There was food in the oven that wasn’t cleaned out. Bed linen dirty No keys to get to the balcony No prior instruction of the right WiFi I was unable to join work meetings. Very unsettling experience as there no sense or urgency to resolve these issues by the hostNo windows hot in the summer Fire alarm covered (very dangerous) not sure why this is covered with a plastic bag.

Very enjoyable

Liked: Bed and room service excellent, breakfast very good, didn't have any other meals so cannot comment about food in general.UBER app in reception to order taxi was very convenient
Disliked: Could have had bottled water in the room

Nice place to stay.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was lovely too. Even the kids enjoyed the pancakes.
Disliked: The shower head was a bit out dated but was ok.

Too noisy

Liked: Comfortable bed, minimal interaction with staff but seemed fine. Lots of parking.
Disliked: Fire alarm woke us at 5am. No apology or mention of it.Can hear upstairs shower and it's so loud I had to wait for them to finish to sleep.Can hear parents in other rooms shouting at their kids.Just very grubby everywhere. Mouldy bath mats, exposed wires, tears in upholstery.
