It was okay

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can’t praise the staff enough.
Disliked: Very dated. Really would benefit from a remodel and new paint. More thorough cleaning there was dark hairs on the wall (I am blonde). The toilet didn’t flush properly and the caulking around the tub showed mould. Also the air conditioner didn’t stay on all night but turned off and room got way too hot. 1x electric vehicle charger that work 50% of the time. Had to call BP to reset it

The worst hotel experience I’ve...

Disliked: Waste of time and petrol travelling there.We turned up and got told the room I booked wasn’t available So we ended up sleeping in the car

Disliked: The Fitness room was very poor No weights or dumbbells above 4 kg There is room to place a multi gym just needs to looked at as a lot of guests like to exercise

Great base for our leisure...

Liked: Clean, IHG standard fittings, friendly staff. Within 5 mins walking distance to canals. Miles of heritage and nature right on the doorstep.
