Most of the staff was...

Liked: The location is close to our son.
Disliked: The computer system was being changed when we checked in very inconvenient. The breakfast was not very good, cold most every morning. The last day and night was bad, lots of loud kids running in the halls, yelling in the pool late at night. Drunk adults.

Old Hotel, needs lobby renovations...

Disliked: Old, worn, excessive charge for limited buffet. Asked for late check out, staff was not helpful immediately refused and not helpful. I would not stay here again not up to my standards for a IHG property.

The hotel is well placed...

Disliked: Whilst we were waiting for an Uber in the reception area, the manager arrived, he never said good morning or anything to us, which we thought was very poor, he didn’t even acknowledge us. This is poor people skills particularly in the hotel business. The rest of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Maybe the manager needs to get further training in his people skills.
