Unhappy with reception response when...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Service was good and friendly.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. I didn't sleep very well.

Liked: Staff was cheerful and helpful
Disliked: Guests need to learn how to park within one space. I don't care what you drive but if you want to park like an ass then park in the furthest away spots. None of us want to carry our bags any further than we need too, especially after a long drive and getting in late. Nothing says "key my car" like taking up two spaces less than 100 feet from the doors!

A good place to stay

Liked: Good location for where we needed to be. Convenient parking, friendly staff, excellent breakfast
Disliked: Room heater was very noisy.
