Holiday Inn Winnipeg - Airport West By IHG

We came to Winnipeg to see my cousin race at Assiniboia Downs. We loved the motel and services that were offered and also the closeness to the race track. Will come back.

Liked: The rooms and the services. They were excellent all around.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location was good for what we needed.
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready at check-in. Major problem on second day with entry system to the room. Three trips down to front desk to complain and get keycards reprogrammed, second trip to get maintenance, third trip to get new keycards.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Made the way I like. The staff are like family. Very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Liked: Good location. Great beds. Restaurant and lounge staff are all wonderful!
Disliked: Parking lot is very tight and hard to get in or out of parking spot when full.
