Liked: Loved the room - modern, clean, quiet, comfortable, basic amenities. Was able to sleep well. Loved the hotel - easy to get to, located close to nature, easy weekend getaway. Bonus appreciated - free WiFi, parking, option for affordable healthy breakfast
Disliked: Sources of frustration: --Check-in registration --Miscommunication --Customer service Otherwise, I appreciated the helpful tips from staff such as: membership, local recommendations, and how best to enjoy my time at the Holiday Inn.
