Loved this hotel and the amenities and staff!

Liked: It was really clean and well kept. Staff was super friendly.
Disliked: Only one elevator was in service so it took a while to get to the ninth floor.

The hotel room suck but...

Liked: The front deck staff Kenny was great was very helpful and friendly it was a very busy weekend but he made time to handle any issues I had. If it wasn’t for his great customer service. I would have hated my stay there.
Disliked: The room was very old. My toilet handle was breaking. The air didn’t work in the room had to call maintenance the first hour of our stay. The air conditioning in the bedroom part of the room sounds like a loud 18 wheeler truck. Didn’t get any good sleep. Very annoying. The bathroom towel rack was loose about to come off the wall. I could go on and on about the furniture. I wouldn’t recommend

Superb

Liked: Location best NASA Museum and Museum of the Bible. Enjoyed First Amendment Grill’s menu selection. Narrow parking spaces available.Maintenance responded quickly to fix sink stopper in the bathroom.
Disliked: Could hear ppl through the walls. Twice there were false fire alarms set offI wish a microwave came with the room.
