Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. it was quiet as per request and the shuttle service was good, i had an early transfer so the location was perfect

Disliked: Was over charged, rooms had mold in the carpets

Liked: Comfortable room, restaurant attached
Disliked: Breakfast too expensive for what it was and food bad

Facility was OK

Liked: The pool was very nice but closes at 2:00 on Sunday when the lifeguard leaves for the day. The pool is most likely used more on weekend days so closing early on a weekday instead would seem to be better for guests.
Disliked: Staff was not welcoming or friendly. Location is in an industrial area.

Liked: The Pool was great along with the gym. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The ac unit in our room leaked and makes the floor wet. An lamp didn't work at all. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The bathtub pipes had a mind of their our at times. The ceiling in the tub was peeling. Plus on the day before we left the maids didn't come and clean the room or replace any towels.

Disliked: rooms smells smoke, I changed the room I could not stand for 5 minutes. The other room was smelling little dust but it was better. There was bug in the room I stepped on. I could not charge my phone, nobody form the reception offered any adaptor. Air conditioning make too much noise
