Disliked: It smelled like smoke, even in a smoke free room.

Disliked: Cigarette smoke in the hallway at night made me sick. Went to the desk and told them. Cigarette smoke the next morning in the hallway again went to the desk again and told them. I expect the hotel to be non-smoking

The staff were so friendly...

Liked: Really easy to get to from the airport by shuttle which runs every 30 mins. Easy check in and very accommodating with our rooms. Swimming pool and gym were great to have. We were also able to get a great meal at O’Malleys in the evening.
Disliked: The only minor negative was the shower wasn’t great in room 2230.

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and the location is convenient.
Disliked: I think the lack of a duvet cover is not great.
