Try a different change if...

Liked: The hotel has free shuttle bus service between it and the airport but the staff who drive the buses had very poor English. You could ask them a question and their response had nothing to do with my question. We found out that many of the drivers of Shuttle buses had the same problem. On our return to DC we had an American black driver and it was a much better situation. We stayed only for a night as we were flying the next day. The first room they gave us was unacceptable and we had to wait for another which was better. One of the two restaurants at the hotel was closed. I find Holiday Inns to be an acceptable hotel for a very short stay ( 1 day, 2 at most) but not for an extended stay.
Disliked: Just felt that nothing could really be improved with the poor service level in US big cities. People associated with hotel generally do not really care about their level of service. You use it and just move on.
