Liked: Well maintained for the area. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean.

Overally, it was a good...

Liked: Breakfast was great except I didn't know I had to pay for it... I thought it was on a BB basis
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast especially given the room rate I paid for

We were disappointed, but could...

Liked: It was easy to find and access
Disliked: The staff at the front desk were rude and seemed inconvenienced to stop their conversation between each other to speak to their line of customers. When we asked if breakfast was served at the hotel, the receptionist said that since we had chosen a cheaper package, we did not have access to breakfast. When I asked if we could purchase the breakfast, she rolled her eyes and said we would have to speak to them, and pointed towards the dining room. The carpets in the hallways and room were dark and nasty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The room was tiny compared to the pictures online. There was barely enough space to walk between the dresser and the bed and there were two beds in the room. That made for little to no space at all to get around. The air barely worked and the temperature in the room would not stay consistent. The side of the dresser had reddish-brown smears on it, and the bathroom had black smudges under the mirror and on the ceiling above the shower. There was a dead bug hanging from the ceiling above one of the beds. There was a small mini fridge, but no freezer in the top. We could hear every single noise in our room coming from the hallway and the rooms next to us. Teenagers were laying in the hallway floor hanging out and blaring music. Each time we walked out to our car we were approached by people asking for money and we were followed to our car.

Very bad experience as an...

Disliked: Very unhappy FD lady at check inn, no greeting, no smile, basics of hospitality was not there or how to approach guest at check inn. Could not fix a very simple request at check inn. AC was not working, extremely bad smell in room.
