Holiday Inn Virginia Beach - Norfolk By IHG

People were great but the rooms were lacking. No phone, poor lighting, not enough outlets, outdated.

Liked: People at front desk were awesome!
Disliked: Not clean linens; hot A/C not working; phone did not work; not enough outlets for electronics.

Overall our stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice except for the carpet. The bathroom looked newly renovated and the beds were comfortable. They have a bar at the hotel.

Liked: It was close to the concert venue and they had a bar and restaurant.
Disliked: The carpet was very old and worn and had stains.

I really enjoyed my stay here because the room was very clean and modern. The motel had plenty of sitting areas to accommodate the guests, and the staff assisted me with all my needs very quickly. The breakfast was great. I will stay here again and recommend others to stay here when they are on vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was visiting from Philadelphia to see a Bruce Springsteen concert. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and a nice place to stay for a reasonable price. It is located closely to Farm Bureau Live, which is where the concert took place.

Disliked: I booked this hotel through booking.com and it said that it should have came with breakfast for 2 people. When I went to front desk and showed them this information they told me "well it didn't transfer over and I'm sorry". I have been on customer service for a long time and that is unfortunately not the customers fault that there was an error that this booking breakfast wasn't transferred over. They should have apologized and accommodated me with 2 vouchers.

I just recommend employees double...

Disliked: I am not sure if they washed the blankets, they had bunch of wig hair from the people that stayed before us. Other then that everything was clean and comfortable.
