Liked: Room size and staff were nice .
Disliked: The bed had bed bugs and I woke up with bites on my body as well as my partner. Water pressure and water heater could be better as well

Disliked: To start off , being in a hot city during the summer time you would think the ac unit would be in good shape don’t get me wrong it blew cold but it was so loud we could have it running for more then 2 minutes with out it rumbling. Also the breakfast was not free you had to pay for it , then to add onto it there was an older lady that was a house keeper and they had her sweeping the parking lot in 90+ degree weather . I found that so not okay especially for her age group there was far more younger employees that could have done what she did don’t get me wrong yeah that’s what there job is to clean but it was not okay I give her a huge shout out for going above and beyond! And then every time someone used the elevator you can hear it from our room all through the day and night !

Liked: Conveniently located. Plenty of towels. The restaurant in the hotel was great.
Disliked: I couldn't stay longer.

I cannot count on Booking.com...

Liked: online this hotel is advertised as pet friendly. After a hard drive's arrival, the hotel agent very rudely said no dogs but took my money without room or reimbursement. This is totally fraudulent and I will contest this with a copy of your online adverttisement.
Disliked: The hotel lobby was empty and was cold and uninviting. Never in my life was I treated so rudely. There must have have been some miscommunication with bookings.com. I thought I could rely on them to be honest for I was not allowed wifi connection as evidence for my claim.
