Liked: Nothing. Furthermore, I spent 2 hours looking for another hotel that had a pool open. I am still waiting on Holiday Inn to credit my card!!!
Disliked: I brought my two Daughters and their expectations were very high to get to swim. The website said the pool would be open during our stay. IT WAS NOT OPEN!!! Ruined the whole trip...

Safe Location, Comfortable Stay at...

Liked: We stayed at the Holiday Inn while traveling for a Soccer Tournament. While my son was sad that the pool was closed, I expected that since it was only Early April. Everything else, the Room, Breakfast, and Staff were wonderful. We would stay here again if we were to come to Vicksburg.
Disliked: Both pools were closed.

Liked: My husband forgot our diabetic meds in the refrigerator, we called and they said nothing was given to the front desk or written on the housekeeping. They are very expensive and we cannot get them refilled, plus we need them.

Liked: My family and I are in town for a baseball tournament and the number one reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor outdoor pool. I was not informed that the pool was under renovation until I checked in,also hair was all over the floor bathroom was not clean.
