Overall very good.

Disliked: My room got completely missed for cleaning one day. I came back late from being all day at VGH to find nothing had been done. I never did request that bedding be changed, and only a few towels during the 2 weeks I was there, so I was not a demanding customer. I called the front desk to send someone to bring some coffee and tea and empty the trash.

Great value and a clean...

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location and close to many amenities.
Disliked: We found that the mattresses on the beds were very firm and not that comfortable.

Great location. Easy parking.

Liked: Fabulous location and easy to get to. Drove down from the Okanagan.
Disliked: No hot tub.
