Good compromise location between downtown...

Liked: I've stayed here several times, because it's a good tradeoff of cost versus convenience when I am working in the downtown core (the downtown hotels are always terribly expensive). It's convenient walk to the skytrain, so stay here, by a compass card, and get downtown that way. There's a nearby grocery (ok, Wholefoods so still expensive, but at least it's there) and lots of good restaurants on Broadway.

Service good. Property not good

Liked: Service was great. Anything I asked for, I got right away, with smiles from the housekeeping staff
Disliked: Room felt Dirty, like the carpet needed a deep clean. No access to bottled water unless you paid 3 dollars per. Air conditioner smelt horrible Possible mould issue. I had a massive allergic reaction to something in the room

Liked: Enormous room. Balcony. Friendly team on reception. Good size pool. Nice little gym. Near skytrain stop.
