Easy parking; great to have adjoining restaurant; walking distance to venue (Fraserview Church); good price and quiet despite close proximity to planes and highways. Though I didn't need it, I liked the airport shuttle being available.

Good hotel for stopover with...

Liked: Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Good to have free airport shuttle service.
Disliked: Breakfast room needs to open earlier than 6:30am to help with early morning flights.
