Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport Richmond

Easy parking; great to have adjoining restaurant; walking distance to venue (Fraserview Church); good price and quiet despite close proximity to planes and highways. Though I didn't need it, I liked the airport shuttle being available.

Excellent value!

Liked: Very comfortable bed; nice accessories in the bathroom; quieter than expected, given proximity to highway and airport. Restaurant attached a great asset. Shuttle service very efficient.
Disliked: A little warm in the room - difficult to adjust temperature BUT appreciated that there is a window to open!

Comfortable and friendly hotel

Liked: The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good as well, with friendly staff.
Disliked: The shuttle driver going to the airport looked like he dozed off at the wheel while driving.

Liked: Facilities of the room is average, location is less than desirable. The evening staff when I checked in wasn’t helpful to my inquiry.The morning staff was a little better

Liked: I have an email confirming that you have booked me for the wheelchair room. I wasn't given that room instead the room I got I couldn't have a shower because it was in the bath and I can't lift my leg that high. The bed was so high I had to sleep on the chair. I spent a lot of money to not be able to have a shower and not sleep on the bed. I was going to book that hotel on my way back but I don't want to sleep on a chair and not have a shower.
