Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport Richmond By IHG

Easy parking; great to have adjoining restaurant; walking distance to venue (Fraserview Church); good price and quiet despite close proximity to planes and highways. Though I didn't need it, I liked the airport shuttle being available.

Disliked: my ac went out and it was so hot. We had a shuttle for 4:45 and when we came to the lobby I asked if there was coffee and the guy behind the desk said no we don't make coffee until 5. Very rude. He wasn't busy at all but wouldn't make coffee

Liked: All our needs were met with a smile and efficiency. Room was clean and comfy. Restaurant staff were very accomodating and helpful.Use of free shuttle was very useful.
Disliked: Price is expensive - but that's city.
