Could use some help

Liked: My family stay was ok. Room was clean veiw was nice. UNFORTUNATELY the hotel had some issues that made are stay less enjoyable. 1st issue the hotel has 2 elevators we stayed for 4 nights only 12 hrs did both work. Elevators stayed broken whole time. Wouldn't been issue if we weren't on 10th floor with a 10 month old baby and a 15year old teenager. Fridge wasn't working properly and parking is a nightmare had to fight to find a spot and wasn't on the property. When I spoke to manger about these things she told me she was going reached out booking . Com bc that's how it was pd for to get me half off 1 night for the troubles I haven't heard or seen anything week later so I feel like it was just a joke. I choose holiday inn bc they have good reputation however I would not stay there again if it was free the parking and elevators really made it not enjoyable especially since we had luggage and young child. Disappointed in how the situation was handled at this point. Spent $1500 and for me that's alot money 
Disliked: I don't like that i was told I would receive some sort discount bc of things we had go through and week later nothing has happened

Overall it’s a good hotel.

Liked: I liked how conveniently close it was to the beach and other stores.
Disliked: The food could be better and one of the elevators was broken. Also check in time of 4:00pm is way too late but once we were checked into our room it was very comfortable.

Liked: The valet guy is always excellent I think his name is Bryan maybe? The hotel is super clean, location is great and the restaurant is amazing!
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken but they gave us points for ihg to make up for it so it that made up for it.

Couple getaway

Liked: I like the fact that you were able to accommodate my room preference. Also all the staff from front desk to maintenance were very polite.
Disliked: The parking was just horrible, and the torlits were butted up right next to the shower door, so there was no leg room.

Disliked: Restaurant had terrible service. Only 1 operational elevator. The 1 elevator was very slow. Had to make several trips using the stairs when leaving. I am a disabled veteran and this didn't help. Parking was bad. The lot and the overflow lot were filled. Some of the Valet parking "professionals" were not very professional

Liked: The room was nice, good space, and every staff member that I came in contact with was friendly except when I checked out, but the young lady may have been stressed over the complaints of guests.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the parking arrangements are awful and know organization with ppl trying to unload, find parking, and / or valet. The parking lot is small to maneuver around. Cars were stuck sitting in the main road, trying to pull in to unload. There was only 1 working elevator, which made for a horrible experience, especially when it came to check out time being that the majority of the guest had carts or wagons to carry their stuff. It took about 20-30 minutes to catch an elevator down to the lobby. Someone actually got stuck in the broken elevator due to no signs being up on the upper floors to make guest aware it was still down.I could barely sit on my balcony with my kids due to being overwhelmed with the smell of weed.

Liked: The hotel was close to everything and has oceanfront with a balcony. The breakfast buffett exceeded expectations and the staff were all helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The air conditioner in the room is obnoxiously loud inside the room as well as when sitting outside on the balcony. The elevators were a hassle and during the stay, there was only one working elevator. It literally stopped on every single floor despite no one waiting before arriving on the main floor or your room floor.
