Disliked: We booked a 2 double bed room weeks before our trip. When we checked in we were informed that we would be given a one bed room with a pull out couch because there were no two bed rooms available. No this was not okay and we were given no other options. Needless to say our stay on the pullout couch was not a good one. Our room was also supposed to be non smoking but smelled terribly of smoke.

Liked: The pool was nice
Disliked: The room smells like mold. Beds were not comfortable and expected so much more from it being a holiday inn with the cost. There were people parked out front of entrance partying late and garage from that was not cleaned up the next morning. The plug in did not work to charge phones and internet did not work. A hair was found in breakfast by my granddaughter. I will never stay at this location again.

Poor judgement for a hotel...

Liked: I had a very negative experience and would like to request a refund. I have already spoken with the hotel, and they are supposed to approve a refund. Allowing children to run up and down a hall at 12 midnight and after plus their parents down drinking by the pool and it was supposed to be closed at 11. Children deliberately slamming doors, just made me very anger, we lost a lot of sleep and it took my husband to stop it.
Disliked: MY MONEY BACK

Overall happy with our stay.

Liked: Breakfast and wait staff were excellent! The front desk people were always checking our needs. The room was spacious and handicap accessible.
Disliked: The handicap doors in and out of the Hotel do not work properly sometimes you had to open them manually.The handicap seat for the shower had no back to it which made it a little scary, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor,The last 2 days of our stay the cleaning people were non existent, we had to ask for towels and our garbage to be taken out.
