Disliked: We booked a 2 double bed room weeks before our trip. When we checked in we were informed that we would be given a one bed room with a pull out couch because there were no two bed rooms available. No this was not okay and we were given no other options. Needless to say our stay on the pullout couch was not a good one. Our room was also supposed to be non smoking but smelled terribly of smoke.

Overall happy with our stay.

Liked: Breakfast and wait staff were excellent! The front desk people were always checking our needs. The room was spacious and handicap accessible.
Disliked: The handicap doors in and out of the Hotel do not work properly sometimes you had to open them manually.The handicap seat for the shower had no back to it which made it a little scary, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor,The last 2 days of our stay the cleaning people were non existent, we had to ask for towels and our garbage to be taken out.

Liked: The lobby and other public areas were nice, and the staff were professional.
Disliked: The room had a musty small and needed a deep clean. The outlets on the lamp didn't work.

Disliked: Room smelled. air conditioner loud and annoying noise from people on ground floor was heard behind closed doors with tv on
