There were good things and...

Liked: The Breakfast food was comparable to other places we have stayed, however the person that was in charge of the breakfast was not replacing the food as it was being consumed. And when she was asked if there was more, her response was "I can cook more food, but it will take a while." and she seemed to be disgruntled that the people were eating the food. This was at 7:00 in the morning, so it was not like the end of the breakfast buffet. I thought that was extremely rude.
Disliked: I am 4'11" and the beds are so high that I have to climb on them and jump down. There are dust covers on the mattresses that cover up what is under the bed. When I jumped down from the bed there was a metal bed bracket sticking out about 5 inches and I landed on the metal bed bracket that I had not seen because it was covered by the dust ruffle. It cut my foot and my shin, and I actually fell in between the bed and the wall. I pulled the dust cover back and there were actually three of them sticking out. I know the maids had to have seen this as they make the beds. I do not like to complain and since these were minor cuts there was no harm done, however when we told the front desk clerk she just kind of shrugged it off. This needs to be taken care of as this could have easily been a really bad injury. Also, we were late getting to the room and I was so looking forward to a swim for my health only to discover the pool closes at 9:00. Every Motel I have ever stayed in has the pool closing at 10:00 or 11:00 so I missed out on the swim in the indoor pool, which was the reason that I chose this motel in the first place.

Liked: Pool was not open and buffet was overpriced, not very good.

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was $10 extra for the whole room (two adults and two kids) which I felt was a good value. Awa and staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Dove products in the bathroom.
Disliked: The pool was closed and didnt open until the week after our visit. Made for some disappointed kiddos.
