Liked: The room was welcoming, clean and we got an additional air conditioning to help with the heat. The breakfast is full of variety and of good quality.As an additional plus, we would like to thank the hotel personnel for calling us and ensuring that we got the things we forgot in the room.We would go back there for sure.

Quite expensive hotel compared with...

Liked: Descent sized room, good breakfast, good parking possibilities in the garage even though it costs. Close to subway and busses. The dinner was pretty good.
Disliked: It was not the cheapest hotel and you can find better and more affordable hotels.The air conditioner in our room was not working and when it’s 34 degrees outside it’s quite nice to have.This was the most disappointing with the stay since we had 26 degrees in the room during nighttime. We complained but you don’t fix these stuff that easy.

Disliked: there were no robes, slippers, parking was inconvenient and paid (the car almost crashed into it), paid breakfasts, outdated renovation, small shower.
