Unloved hotel, ok for 1...

Liked: Hotel is centrally located and has a secure carpark, easy access to the port, for those using ferry services. We had a problem with the first room, which was left uncleaned, with dirty towels and very dirty bathroom, which was immediately fixed by very helpful and pleasant frontdesk employee. The new room was ok, there is enough space for luggage and the bathrooms are renovated. Bed were comfortable enough. However, the hotel is not well maintained in general and not suitable for more then 1 night stay. We stayed in multiple hotels on this trip and this was the only disappointing property. I hope this review will help the owners to realise they can do better, especially for the brand this hotel belongs to.
Disliked: General feeling of not well maintained property, unwelcoming entrance.

Pleasant and convenient overnight stay

Liked: Everything was in easy reach and convenient. The staff was friendly, especially the day desk receptionist in the morning, and our superior room met our expectations.
Disliked: The windows are not very sound-proof, so that the noise from the busy streets around the hotel could be heard. The parking space is limited.
