Hotel needs renovation

Liked: I book this hotel since it's conveniently near to Dignity Health Sports Park where I watch SMTown Live in LA. For 2 nights stay, it's not that bad.
Disliked: On our way to our room, me and my mom we're baffled to see the hotel's hallway with visible carpet stains and there's a horrible smell coming our from the carpet. Carpet for our room looks better but I wouldn't dare go barefoot with those carpets. Good thing the bed and washroom is okay. I've been to a couple of Holiday Inn's in such as the Philippines and Vancouver, out of the three Torrance is the worst. This branch could use a real upgrade. Staffs are good though.

Disappointing

Disliked: I pre-paid for 3 breakfasts and no matter what proof I showed them, they said it's not possible so they charged me.
